AN ALUMINAK DEVELOPMENT

Our Facilities

A small patch of paradise-like cove where strong waves are calmed down before reaching the shore. A place named Santiago Cove which we call home.

Walk down on a pathway into shallow waters. Take a dip in our natural pool which is one of the best places to admire the stunning scenery when the sun sets over the ocean.

Relax on one of our beach beds and inhale the fresh breeze from the ocean. If you are staying in our executive suites, take a soak in an outdoor hot tub.

And for those of us who are children of the tides, enjoy our range of water activities in a variety of environments such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboard, and scuba dive.

Off the land and the sea. In the pre-colonial era, people were preparing what Father Ocean and Mother Earth gave them.

Inspired by the indigenous people of the Philippines and the way how they made native crops their primary source of nutrition, our culinary and beverage programs at Tu'car by Santiago Project and our Co-kitchen pay homage to our region Ilocos.

We advocate for a nutritional fusion of plant-based wellness, sustainability, international flavors and food preparation. Our products are sourced from local beaches and a permaculture organic farm in direct proximity to our grounds.

Come join us and explore how we spearhead the rising gastronomical scene in Ilocos.

ALUMINAK holistic health is emotional, occupational, social and spiritual. Our programs touch body, mind and soul in a human centered symbiosis of healing, meditation, and self exploration.

From from sound and crystal healing to yoga and meditation. From aromatherapy to bodywork and a variety of massages. From detox regimens to nutrition and dietary plans. From ayurvedic medicine to cacao and other sacred ceremonies.

ALUMINAK’s experiences and healing modalities invite us to embrace transformation, to unite in harmony with ourselves, each other, and everything around us.

Umay Ka is an integrally experiential art and cultural museum which tells the story of Ilocos, its cultural heritage and ancestral spirits. It follows the natural contour of the Project’s ground and its natural surroundings, honoring the forms of the soil and coexisting with the trees.

The architecture at Umay Ka is inspired by the shapes of nature: dynamic, irregular, asymmetrical and harmonious. The ceramics, the work with clay and macramé unite what was separated, bringing humanity back into harmony with nature.

Umay Ka serves as the lobby and reception area of Santiago Project. It constitutes the heart and soul of our ground to reveal ways of living, relating, reconnecting, healing, loving, enjoying and taking care of actions with meaning.

Tu'car by Santiago Project is a modern farm-to-table restaurant set in the sands around the coral reef of Santiago cove. Our plant-based avant-garde cuisine is a fusion of flavors, colors and cultures.

Our Ilocano chef and his team create healthy dining experiences in the most extraordinary and inspiring manners: a menu with raw and hot dishes, healthy elixirs, seasonal local produce and ocean-fresh ingredients, all prepared with Iloco native methods and elements from international fine dining.

A culinary journey intended to explode your taste buds and awaken your senses in an ambience of raw elegance, beauty and inspiring creativity.

Our co-working spaces around the property are built according the principles of sustainability, conservation and environment. We equipped our amenities specifically for your co-working needs with the latest, sustainable technology infrastructure in hospitality.

From phone booths for quiet conference calls to workshop spaces with black boards that allow you to brainstorm and collaborate. We set you up to be highly productive, mingle and network with like-minded people and thrive.

Get involved in our apprenticeship programs, entrepreneurial masterclasses and community projects to drive social impact and environmental change. Be part of ALUMINAK and our community of conscious co-workers.

Santiago Project by ALUMINAK

Santiago Project by ALUMINAK provides international cohorts the platform to gather, be productive, and forge partnerships with locals for enhancement  and reactivation of rural economies. The Project addresses the new economic and social demands in the post-pandemic era:

  • The modularity to enable a working environment with the evolution of a more sustainable and eco artistic household and communal space.

  • The flexibility residents need, by way of simplified and short-notice move-in/out processes, reduced administrative work, 100% online management, and fully furnished accommodations to enable nomadism and unexpected life changes.

  • Shared common areas such as communal kitchens, terraces and backyards, media and game rooms, laundry rooms, and fitness and health spaces to meet residents’ expectations of modern comfort while reducing monthly expenses.

  • Community living and a social safety net at any moment, especially in far flung rural areas where people can focus, unwind and be creative with a sense of collaboration.

What is the Santiago Project?

A Collaborative Platform to Support Tourism and Remote Communities through Sustainable Co-living

ALUMINAK is the first company of its kind to develop co-living accommodations for mid-to-long term stays in rural areas.

Santiago Project is ALUMINAK's blueprint in the far flung area of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. Its elements and organically artistic architecture represent a return to humanity’s roots from pre-colonial times where people's values and culture have not been influenced and colonized.

The Project caters to modern visitors who can bring their work, passions, art, and zest for life in a nourishing, eco friendly and holistic setting within a community of doers, makers, and shakers to create a social impact in its locality.
