COLIVING SANCTUARY AND CREATIVE RETREAT IN ILOCOS SUR
Aluminak is not a resort.
It is a regenerative coliving sanctuary along the coast of Ilocos Sur—a space where art, spirit, and purpose converge.
Here, creatives, healers, and seekers gather to reconnect with self, land, and community.
Rooted in ancestral values and built with sustainable design, Aluminak offers an immersive experience for those seeking balance between creativity and quietude.
SANTIAGO PROJECT BY
ALUMINAK
Santiago Project by ALUMINAK provides international cohorts the platform to gather, be productive, and forge partnerships with locals for enhancement and reactivation of rural economies. The Project addresses the new economic and social demands in the post-pandemic era

ENTER THE CIRCLE
Aluminak is not just a place—it is a pulse.
A living hearth where artists, seekers, and kin gather in sacred rhythm.
Here, creation becomes communion, and work returns to ritual.
The land speaks through the hands that tend it.
Born from a world learning to begin again,
this circle calls those who know that true purpose is presence—not productivity.
We don’t offer answers.
We open space for remembering.
Come not to escape—
but to return to a life designed with soul.
Santiago Project not only manifests the latest trends in hospitality geared towards wellness, experiences and sustainability. The Project ties up the local culture and economy in its operations and mediates between rural communities and international cohorts with its foundation under ALUMINAK's four interconnecting pillars:
